1. Please open the page support.navigon.com in your browser.

  2. Login to your account via clicking the "Login" button. If you do not have an account, you have to register first via the button "Sign up".
  3. After the Login, you can edit your profile via the button on the top right of the page.

  4. Using this form you can edit or delete your personal data, as well as change your password:

  5. Via the button "Tickets" you can open a summary of your pending or solved tickets. By clicking on a ticket, your can review the whole conversation with our customer service.


All saved data in our ticket system can only be deleted by our customer support because of technical issues. If you want to have all these data deleted please contact us via telephone or webform
