Additional products are not visible in NAVIGON Fresh

In case specific products and services are not visible in the Fresh Shop (i.e. FreshMaps), then please note the following:
- Log in to NAVIGON Fresh and go on File > Settings > Country.
- Change the country to the one in which the device was purchased.
If it is regarding a ViaMichelin device, then the country will have to be changed to France. EU22/23 devices which are not ViaMichelin devices are not intended for the German, Austrian and Swiss market neither sold there. The country of origin has to be selected. If you are unsure from which country the device originates, then you should contact the retailer or just try selecting any country (i.e. Spain).
- All available products for your device are now displayed and ready to purchase.
