You have received the error message "An error occurred regarding your Windows LIVE ID. Please contact the Service Centre. (537)"  after having started the NAVIGON app.   


This error is caused when the Live-ID has been changed or because a Firmware-Update was carried out on your Windows Phone. This results in the NAVIGON app re-registering itself.  


Please provide us with the Device-ID, so that we can resolve the issue. This is displayed in the error message.
