You want the NAVIGON Select app but receive one of the two error messages:

  • "The activation has failed. Check network- and internet connection. Please try again later."
  • "The activation has failed. Please try again later."


A mobile data connection (GPRS/UMTS) is required for the NAVIGON Select to be activated. Once activated, a mobile data connection is no longer required. In some cases, the connection fails due to technical causes. Activation should be attempted at a later point in time.
