When using NAVIGON for Android, the message "NAVIGON stopped" appears.


This error message is created by your operating system Android, as soon as there is a conflict within the system.

Please follow the steps below in order to solve the problem:

  • Restart your device
  • Reinstall the NAVIGON app. Refer to our FAQ article "New installation of the NAVIGON app". 
  • The last possibility can be reset your device to factory setting. Afterwards, install our NAVIGON app first. So you can check if there are conflicts between other apps.
