You are using the NAVIGON Select App and want to make an in-app purchase. We appreciate your interest in our products. An error message appears while attempting to make a purchase:
- "Connection error, please try later again"
- "An error has occurred. Check the network and/or Internet connection" ( 542)
- "Activation has failed. Please try again later" (500)"
The Wi-Fi has to deactivated and the mobile data connection has to be activated to make a purchase.
Payment of in-app purchases are done via your telephone bill. A prepaid SIM-card will require enough top-up credit.
A purchase is not possible while abroad or if Third Party Purchases has been deactivated. Please contact your mobile network provider for questions regarding Third Party Purchases.
