My NAVIGON device is defect – What can be done?

It is unfortunate that the device is longer functioning properly. Please perform a Software-Reset   and/or Hardware-Reset  to assist in resolving the issue. In most cases the issue is due to the software no longer being fully functional because of data being faulty or no longer found.

If it is no longer possible to switch the device on or the navigation can no longer be properly used, we recommend a clean re-installation of the software. This can be done without our assistance via our device management program

Should the above mentioned not resolve the issue with the NAVIGON device, then we recommend contacting our
Customer Services  to inquire about a device exchange within the warranty period.
