Error "Invalid IP address" with NAVIGON select Telekom edition

You use the NAVIGON select Telekom edition and get the error message "Invalid IP address" when you start the app.


Solution

This message appears when your IP address does not match to your T-Mobile network. Please check the following options:


  • GPRS/UMTS internet connection has to be active

  • WLAN connection has to be deactive

  • VPN connection has to be deactive
